Idler Pulley Weather Covers for John Deere 44" Snow Blowers
The Belt Driven John Deere Idler Pulleys mount horizontally and exposed to rain and snow and water can seep into the Pulley Bearings over time and cause pre-mature Bearing failure.
If you hear a loud Squealing Noise that is what it sounds like.
We are making two versions of Weather Covers out of flexible TPU Filament.
There is the Center Thru-Hole Cover and the No Hole Cover.
We sell these as a pair but you can get one of each version or two of one version.
Currently you can get these in Black, Yellow or Green

John Deere 47” and 54” Snow Blower Gearbox Cover Plate
We started out making just the Gasket for the Gearbox Cover that mounts to the front of the Auger Gearbox Housing on the John Deere 47” and 54” Snow Blowers.
John Deere never included a designated Gasket and would rather force you to remove the Factory Cover when it comes time to Drain and Change the Gear Oil.
We then decided to make a Gearbox Cover Plate to go with the Gasket and added an extra threaded hole at the bottom for draining the Gear Oil without going through the trouble of removing the Factory Cover and needing to scrape off the Permatex Gasket Material and apply more before replacing the Cover.
The John Deere OEM number is AUC13965 and goes for around $96.00. We are selling our upgrade for a little more.
Our new version locates the bottom of the new Drain Hole just below the bottom of the Housing so complete draining of the Gear Oil is possible.
A Gasket is included with the Gearbox Cover Plate but you can purchase only the Gasket if you don’t have a problem with needing to remove and replace your OEM Cover with each Gear Oil change.

Tooth Replacement Set for DR Pro 60 Power Grader
Carbide Tipped Teeth for Grading
Above you can see 7 new replacement teeth and a single original tooth still okay to use.
The DR Pro 60 Power Grader has 14 Carbide Tipped Teeth for Grading. DR will only sell a complete replacement Tooth Bar containing the 14 Teeth for $530.00.
Our replacement Teeth have squared off Carbide Tips. When you buy all 14 for $224 you will be saving $306.00 not including Shipping Charges.
If DR Sales Reps hung up on you too when you asked to purchase just the Teeth then this is your other option.
We designed these to be mounted and bolted on top of your existing Teeth but some careful drilling and tapping needs to be performed.
We have found a 1/4-20 tap is only good for about 4 holes before the tap wears down and becomes prone to breaking.
You can also just weld these on top of your existing teeth but eventual replacement will be time consuming.
